Who is the CCEA Bargaining team?
This is a group of CCEA members with an interest in bargaining, who have been trained in the Interest Based Bargaining (IBB) process. This team speaks on behalf of all members throughout the bargaining sessions.

Who can attend?
All bargaining sessions are open to the public, and we encourage members to attend when possible. In a COVID world to ensure safety, we have been conducting negotiations virtually. We are looking forward to returning back to the table in person!
Do I have to stay for the entire time?
No! Many people cannot attend at the beginning of the sessions because of job duties and contract hours. Arrive when you can, and come and go as needed.
