Who is the CCEA Bargaining team?
This is a group of CCEA members with an interest in bargaining, who have been trained in the Interest Based Bargaining (IBB) process. This team speaks on behalf of all members throughout the bargaining sessions.
What are we bargaining this year?
There are many important issues on the table this year, such as:
- SPED caseloads
- Class sizes
Who can attend?
All bargaining sessions are open to the public, and we encourage members to attend when possible.
Do I have to stay for the entire time?
No! Many people cannot attend at the beginning of the sessions because of job duties and contract hours. Arrive when you can, and come and go as needed.
Where does bargaining happen?
All sessions are at Educational Services Center (ESC) in Room 210, from 1:00-6:00 pm.
