Who is CCEA? You are!
Organizers
CCEA brings members together around issues that are widely shared and deeply felt in our school communities to make the change we and our students need to be successful. We build campaigns to influence decision makers at all levels around funding, evaluations, resources for ourselves and students, positive discipline, and more. We provide the training, support, and resources for member organizers to make change!
Negotiators
With the support of professional staff, CCEA has a trained team of member negotiators who represent the educators of Cherry Creek to bargain with the district for compensation, benefits, and working conditions every year. We raise the voice of our members to create policies that support teachers, mental health professionals and SSPs.
