The Cherry Creek Educators Association (CCEA) unites members
to drive positive change within our schools and communities,
ensuring both educators and students have the resources needed to thrive.
Through comprehensive training, support, and resources, we empower our members
to advocate effectively and bring about meaningful improvements in education.
Advocacy
CCEA proudly represents all teachers and Specialized Services Providers (SSPs), within the Cherry Creek Our members are committed educators working to provide an outstanding education for every student. CCEA strives to create and uphold a professional, supportive environment for all Cherry Creek educators, recognizing their essential contributions to student success and the community.
Bargaining
CCEA has a dedicated team of trained member negotiators, supported by professional staff, who represent Cherry Creek educators in annual negotiations with the district. Together, we advocate for fair compensation, comprehensive benefits, and improved working conditions. CCEA ensures that the voices of our teachers and SSPs are heard and reflected in policies that support our members and enhance the educational environment.
